Tools for Building Resilience
FREE 4 week course, to be held at Northside Welcome Centre.

Practical advice on beating stress, including changes to nutrition and lifestyle, using methods such as Yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Course Teacher Gurbax Bajwa BSc, MSc, is a level 2 qualified teacher of Kundalini Yoga, and has a proven track record of helping people with emotional issues.

The course is split over Eight workshops, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm on the following dates:
Wed 28th June, Fri 30th June,
Wed 5th July, Fri 7th July,
Wed 12th July, Fri 14th July,
Wed 19th July, Fri 21st July.
