Kundalini Surjee Winter Yoga Retreat 2017

Sikh Nari Manch’s Annual Residential Kundalini Winter Weekend Retreat takes place on Friday 26th November through to Sunday 26th November, at our usual venue in Lickey Hills, at Bilberry Hill Centre, Rose Hill, Rednal, B45 8RT.

We hope you will join us this year.

As always we will most likely reach maximum capacity, so to avoid disappointment we recommend booking early.

We will have a packed programme of activities commencing at 5.00pm Friday evening.

The theme of the retreat will be “Letting Go.”

We will explore key facets of the teachings within Kundalini Yoga: Letting Go, which involves lovingly letting go of anything that is not serving us in our lives, emotions, feelings, thoughts, people absolutely anything that is not serving us, we can lovingly let go.

Total cost for the weekend retreat is £95 (plus £7 if you require bedding), this includes accommodation, all classes and workshops, and all meals.
