Northside Welcome Centre is looking forward to introducing Kundalini Yoga and Morning Sadhana sessions as part of our Spiritual Well-being programme.
Kundalini Yoga is often described as the "Yoga of Awareness." Through a combination of gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation, regular practice can help improve flexibility, reduce stress, increase energy, support emotional wellbeing and encourage a greater sense of inner calm and balance.
Alongside our weekly classes, we also hope to offer Morning Sadhana sessions. Traditionally practised during Amrit Vela the peaceful early hours before sunrise Sadhana is a personal practice of yoga, meditation and reflection. Many people find this quiet time of day helps them develop mental clarity, inner peace and a positive mindset for the day ahead.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have previous experience, everyone will be welcome to attend in a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment.
